This pair of cast brass Brighton Buns are unusual for the slit to the nozzle to eject the candle butt. Added to this the screw threads are steel as opposed to the more commonly seen brass. The pans are a good size and have simple ring turning decoration and the nozzles are of a good shape. These can be considered to be a large size. Early 19th century.

Size of each assembled is given.
