A small, plated brass Fob Compass.

The compass is made in the form of a pocket watch, although it is much smaller in size, with a chain loop to the top. It has a floating dial which is marked for the 32 gradients and the initials for the 8 main points, i.e. N, NE, E etc. The dial also has the registration number 415360 which dates the design to 1903.

The tiny size of the compass makes it easy to keep on one's person. Circa 1905.
