This clinker built Pond Yacht has its original pine box giving the owner's details of Capt. H J Diver of the Royal Engineers, Lynn Road, Downham Market, Norfolk.
The sailing yacht can be used with either one or two masts and so has a number of spare sails. The quality and detail are very good. The stand has been made for the yacht to allow it to stand for display. It is probable that Capt. Diver was in the army during the inter war years but of course he may have had the yacht before he enlisted. The antique period is early 20th century.
